Meet Our Key Personnel
Jeff Provence
President
Jeff has focused his career on providing registered investment advisors with a truly unique and cost effective solution for mutual fund startup and operations. His focus is on keeping costs to a minimum and providing the highest level of service in the industry. He started registering mutual funds with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1998 and oversees more than $6 billion is assets as President of Premier Fund Solutions and a trustee.
Jeff is a graduate of San Diego State University where he received a Bachelors Degree of Science in Finance. Jeff resides in San Diego, California. He is married, has three children and a French Brittany dog. He loves playing soccer, fishing and is a multi-engine, instrument rated private pilot (all lifelong passions!)
Trivia Time - Jeff loves flying to Mexico for good Mexican food, Pacificos and Dorado when he is not cranking in the office.
Kathy Bozek
Lead Administrator
Kathy has dedicated over 20 years to the field of mutual fund administration. With an ever-expanding expertise in SEC regulatory filings—ranging from Forms N-CEN, N-CSR and N-PORT to N-PX, 24f-2s and 40-17Gs—Kathy is deeply committed to mastering the intricacies of compliance and ensuring her clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape with confidence. Additionally, Kathy acts as a constant liaison between our clients and fund accounting, legal counsel, transfer agency and shareholder services.
Kathy serves at the Chief Compliance Officer of Premier Fund Solutions, Inc., and is a proud graduate of Rutgers University.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her cruising the California coast on a beach cruiser or playing fetch with Louie, her goldendoodle sidekick.
Trivia Time - Kathy moonlights as a beekeeper, tending to two buzzing hives that produce some seriously tasty honey.
Jamie Craft
Chief Technology Officer
Jamie has focused his career on the investment company industry with an emphasis in technology systems for mutual fund operation and compliance. Jamie is well versed in mutual fund organization and structure. Jamie also assists in the preparation of Premier’s N-CSR Filings and produces quarterly compliance reports and N-Ports for clients. He is the President of the PFS Funds series trust.
Jamie graduated from California State University San Marcos with a B.S. in Finance. He is a San Diego native that enjoys writing music, football, exercise and is former national team member in Olympic Trapshooting.
Trivia Time - Jamie enjoys a tasty IPA at the Padres games.
Tiffany Eichenberger
Lead CPA
Tiffany began her career “on the other side,” auditing mutual funds and accessing internal controls of fund accountants and transfer agents. More than 20 years later, she excels at breaking down complex accounting and tax concepts so her clients can make informed decisions to support their investment process and meet complex regulatory demands.
She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, and a proud graduate of Ohio University.
When she’s not deep in the world of numbers, Tiffany can be found on the sidelines cheering on her son and daughter in their youth sports adventures or teaming up with her husband to whip up delicious meals in the kitchen.
Trivia Time - Tiffany and her husband once hosted the inventor of Cool Ranch Doritos for dinner – where they got the inside scoop on how the iconic snack came to be.
Brett Middendorf
Tax and Financial Reporting
Brett joined Premier Fund Solutions in 2014 with a background in public accounting and experience working in the preparation of financial statements and various local, state and federal tax returns. At Premier Fund Solutions, Brett is involved in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and dividend distributions.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance from the University of Toledo. He later received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bluffton University.
Trivia Time - Brett has won multiple chili cookoff competitions while never using the same recipe.
Daniel Provence
Financial Preparation
Software Development
Daniel is a fifth generation San Diegan. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. Daniel has a strong foundation in data analysis, financial analysis and software integration. At Premier Fund Solutions, Daniel is involved in the preparation of SEC filings and financial statements.
Trivia Time - Daniel enjoys cranking on his guitar.
Heather Schlickman
SEC Filings
Heather has focused her career within various administrative roles serving in large to small corporations over the years. Since 2012, she has worked with multiple RIA’s gaining knowledge in the field of investments; worked as a fund administrator for a transfer agent and now serves our firm preparing monthly filings required by the SEC on behalf of our mutual funds. She actively participates in the review process of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual filings as well.
Trivia Time - When she is not getting her hands dirty in her ever-expanding garden, she and her husband, Bryan, enjoy being empty nesters. They often attend concerts and enjoy taking road trips – occasionally with their four adult children. She is teaching herself to play the piano.
